Crossing to Oswego

Well we made it to Oswego, N.Y., but boy was it a challenging day. We were getting air in the fuel line and the engine quit 4 times between 1-5pm on Sunday. The best part of the  day was cracking open (and drinking😉) the champagne (thank you Two Rivers Board) and relaxing at the municipal dock in Oswego. After a day and a morning of repairs, we finally left Oswego and headed into lock number 7. We’re relaxing tonight at lock 23, crossing Lake Oneida in the morning. Photos of Mark’s gymnastics to follow later😉

Back in the water

What a great day! C.K. is back in the water. I’m sure the boat is as happy as we are🍾😄. Everything went smoothly and we are now ready to head up the river and across Lake Ontario to Oswego where we will start our travels through the Erin Canal.

The travel lift moves into position to lift C.K. off her stands.
Masts are on board and we’re just securing everything,
